A husband, father, pastor, and community leader, Dr. John Campbell has dedicated his adult life to serving people. John is a life-long resident of Robeson County. From an early age, John learned the importance of faith, family, hard work, service and patriotism.

John was educated at the University of North Carolina-Pembroke, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and Duke Divinity School. He is currently the Pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church, Marietta, North Carolina.

While administering an expansive Church program, John has enjoyed a broad preaching ministry for thirty-eight years. John is married to Constance Williams Campbell, a retired educator. They are the parents of four grown children.

John is running for the NC Senate because he believes the people of the 13th District need and deserve a Senator who will listen to them, take their concerns to Raleigh, and work hard for them every day.
